Our Wrecked Porsche 911 Turbo May Be Beyond Repair!!!

פורסם בתאריך 18 יול 2022
We found some crazy stuff wrong with our new porsche 911 turbo build!!! This is why its important to dig all the way down to the inner structures before you start with your framework. We still got a bunch of work on our hands before its ready to be put together, but it'll definitely be a fun one. Thanks For Watching!!!

  • To remove the sunroof without damaging it you need to use a "Inductor Glass Blaster Kit". It removes windows windshields and sunroofs by induction heating the glue and releasing the glass.

    • @Bo Brockmann I dont think the black parts car has a sunroof.

    • #junkyardDave.

    • @Junkyarddave is the best at removing glass with the induction method

    • We don't want no Dawg Shite Sauce in the UK !!!

    • Was just going to suggest this

  • Congrats on the Dang Sauce success! Glad to see you guys rippin' it up! I've been a very long time fan and hope to get to meet yall soon. I'm in Bowling Green and I hope yall come up for LS Fest in September.

  • That inner fender damage could have happed when y’all rolled it over since the quarter panel was already dented in and the tire pushed it in lol 😂 oh well gotta be fixed good luck y’all got this!!

    • @Travis Ash when did you become the voice of 68 million people

    • We don't want no Dawg Shite Sauce in the UK !!!

    • The forces involved were miniscule in comparison to those applied in the actual crash.

  • I love how Pops is right there with you guys helping 👊🏼Excellent father and he is a dedicated man to your channel 👊🏼

  • You guys need a heat induction tool to remove the glass without damaging it, that tool makes all the glue super soft and is super easy to remove glass from any car with 0 damage.

  • What if you guys were to cut the pillars on the roof and just replace the whole thing as one unit? I don't know if it could be done but it would be a whole lot better than messing up the sunroof. I'm sure you guys will figure it out and it will look epic. I just wana say you guys are awesome and I've been watching you guys since the Viper build!

    • @korn101 they definitely should consider that option and def run that idea across Vtuned skill set and knowledge they fixed the trackhawk roof themselves but that was with vtuned help as well. I forgot if the trackhawk had a sun roof however most of them I seen don’t have sun roofs

    • @Jeff S Yup… that’s the best reply I could think of for that comment as well. Huh?? WTH was he trying to say?? 🤣

    • @Mike Scenna Replacing that front side is way more work than replacing the roof and quarterpanels, the roof of the Trackhawk was in WAY worse condition and they fixed it right, also, replacing a roof doesn't compromises the integrity of the chassis as much as trying to replace and splice in basically the whole left front side of the black car

    • Maybe it would be better to use the other body

    • They could cut up that roof and sell it to fans for $175 per small square. Signed of course. They clearly need the money.

  • Great videos brothers. I give you guys alot of credit for remembering where all the pieces belong. Great job!

  • On a different note, congratulations to Simeon on landing a spot in Cletus’ Bristol race and burnout comp. Looking forward to watching, hopefully we’ll get to see both boys in the race next time.

    • @Mar 31 was saying the same wen I heard different sorta family people awesome both groups but different like Matt from Demolition Ranch is different than Cletus and Freedom Family but fits in just as good with them then you can go even more different with Whistlin Diesel LoL

    • @Mar 31 to be fair, MOST of those hard core car guys were fish out of the water when it came to these races at one point. All it takes is practice (not ALL it’ll take but it’s the biggest part of learning). I’m happy to see them being accepted into the ILaward car community that’s outside of their little world in Chattanooga.

    • They’ll be fish out of water with those heavyweight car guys. Should be an interesting event to watch.

    • Was def cool hearing that goonzquad added...will be awesome to watch aye go Simeon enjoy Cletus' World 💜

  • Great video as usual awesome how you guys ripped the Porsche apart. Would it work if you heated up the glue to remove the top panel?

  • I've been in the auto body business for 42 years and the best way to fix the roof is to make your cuts at the a pillar and the b pillar and the c pillar will make the repairs easier and very strong. You should also look into a laser measuring system will make repairs spot on good luck

  • I think it may be time for a guest appearance of VTune... he is the frame guy...I think you should just chop that roof and splice it in and not try to remove that sunroof...also you may need to replace that rear shock tower...but really VTune could give some very good advice

    • @Gold Guy it takes heart to be a hero

    • @Maverick 41 But he does know what he's doing. The goonz are so out of their league on this one it's sad. They'll never be able to do any of this on their own.

    • @Mischa Rauschenberg I am not suggesting paint or weld...VTune is very good on the frame machine and he has years of experience as the goons have none...and I am not suggesting he is an expert...they are YTbers and YTbers collab...like Cletus, Off the Ranch, Roman...that metal is stressed that is buckled in the rear...yes it can be straighten but it will be weaken from the hammering to get it back in position...it is a critical support point...it needs to be replaced...they have the parts car to do it...they just need someone to come in and not do the work but give the advice from experience...VTune has that experience and I think it would be a cool VOD

    • @Big Mick he called him to help each other out. He told everybody more than once that his brother is the mvp. I’m a body and paint guy myself and I can tell you nothing is on par with west-European or dealer standards. I’m not saying he can’t do stuff but his welding is weak, his paint skills are mediocre (usually calls his other brother in) and piling stuff on North American universal pull racks is stoneage Technology. You won’t find a universal clamp frame rack in a licensed dealers workshop. You don’t pull unibody’s like that. There’s fixation point kits for every car. I like v-tuned and the boys but there’s very little professional work included. Difference is: goonz are considering Themselves amateurs, v-tunded comes around as „pro“.

    • @Mischa Rauschenberg His brother is good but he called VTune for the mangled van and the twisted mustang...

  • Damn, hearing that the viper may be going away, that hurt! Best car in the fleet IMO!

  • Hi Guys Great watching your latest video, just a thought, would if be easier to swap the complete roof off the donor Porsche? PS. Going to try and buy some of your "Dang Sauce" here in the UK 😉👍

    • ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ Thanks for going through our videos. Inbox us to Grab ownership of a prize☝️☝️☝️.

  • I finally bought a bottle of Dang sauce and so disappointed, it was packed In A box with some big clear "bubble wrap" pieces. 4 to be exact. Bottle was laying on the bottom of box and the top cap was about half broken off and about 20% of the bottle leaked out. The black plastic was cracked as well. Has anyone else experience this poor packaging. I dont want to complain but sure was a disappointment. Thought about sending it back but wrapping it all up and reshipping it isnt worth it. DANG Son need to better wrap a glass bottle.

    • Just contact Amazon if that’s where u you ordered from and they will probably send you another without u having to send the broken one back

  • The fact that the DangSauce is going Viral makes me so damn happy. Good for you guys. Bravo!

  • Don’t bother trying to remove the sunroof, just replace the whole roof, cut the pillars, they’re damaged anyway, less you’ll have to repair.

    • @LowLyfe I see your points and agree they are valid. I do still believe such a lawsuit would fail though, but that’s a totally hypocritical situation and of course anything is possible. I don’t have experience in the collision repair industry directly, only ever messed with my own vehicles, however I do have lots of experience in the automotive resale and mechanical world. I believe the McDonalds lawsuit you mentioned was in the early 90’s, not sure though, but I was alive then and do recall hearing about it, although I was still in elementary school lol! Anyway, I will agree to disagree to a certain extent. Again I hope you have a great one!

    • @Max Bell I already told you we can agree to disagree. I asked if you had a automotive collision repair education. I didn't say there going to get sued for any little fender bender, or even be sued by the buyer who signed the "as is". I simply said be careful they could get sued. (And lose/settle) for you to say that 100% they will not get sued/win is just nonsense. I'm not saying they are doing shady shit...I simply said be careful. I would be more worried about b is for build then goonzsquad cause I've seen some really shady shit years ago with b is for b. I haven't even watched that channel since. When you can sue McDonald's for spilling hot coffee on yourself and win, that should tell you it's possible to get sued for anything. You probably wasntt even born when that lawsuit happened though.

    • @LowLyfe I’ve already looked, albeit not super in depth, but I did try to find something that would align with your points, I couldn’t find anything. I’m not against being proven wrong, I’m against being told I’m wrong without anything to back up that statement.

    • @Max Bell you got youtube, but you ain't got google?

    • @LowLyfe I’ll tell you what, find me one case example of what you’re talking about where the plaintiff won their lawsuit and I’ll retract everything I said. Otherwise I stand by my statements.

  • You guys need the the heat induction tool for removing windows, it will save that sunroof panel 100%

  • You guys are amazing and I just placed my second order of Dang Sauce!!

  • Thanks for making the dang sauces available in finnland, im thrilled to try it out

  • Love to see you guys putting in work at the new shop.

  • The Porche seems the most technical restoration the boys have undertaken so far. Very fitting for the new shop and I'm certain they will do an incredible job!

    • @Mike Cross I'm amazed they actually worked on a car and produced real content for a change.

    • @Brett Carter Yeah but V Tuned did that one. The goonz have no idea what they're doing.

    • Sooo you're selling the dang sauce in every country around me except the Netherlands 😂

    • Trackhawk wasnt as bad... didn't get into the engine , rear strut tower ,floor or both quarters and glass roof. Great project for these guys, I vote build the donor car!!

    • The trackhawk was aot more technical that the Porsche, but they didn't do that, they got Vtuned, and I can see him coming to help on this at some point

  • So happy to see Simon catching up with Cleet!! you better get some practice racing son! don't want to get embarrassed out there.

  • So far, the best option would be to move everything to the new tub, just like VTuned did with his McLaren.

  • Those rigid shop vac's are amazing. I've used those for my first summer job and it sucks up mud, water, oil, you name it. It's a champ.

  • Awesome work guys. That Dang Sauce be soooo gd in New Zealand 💜 keep living ur amazing lives 💜💜💜

  • We need more Joe, seems like a super chill guy to hang with!

    • @Travis Ash why, I've got some, it's amazing.

    • @Joe Palmer We don't want no Dawg Shite Sauce in the UK !!!

    • @Joe Palmer outstanding

    • @GOochy Gooch outdoors. j and s ranch is our farm channel. Mckinnley excavating is a large grading company with very different content from week to week based around our main company. 40 guys, heavy haul, demolition, fabrication, clearing, and dirt work. Both are posted 30 minutes or so of content per week. Hope you enjoy

    • @Joe Palmer what's your main channel dude, which one are you going to be showing you stuff on.?

  • I’ll feel a lot happier when you have a proper perimeter fence and an entry gate! Stick with the Porsche boys, it’s the most interesting build you’ve done since the Trackhawk! 🙏🔥

  • Man! The sound of that Trackhawk is amazing 🔥.

  • To get that panel out, you might want to test the glue on your wrecked car first, basically use a heat gun to heat it up and see if it becomes softer and thus, easier to cut through. If yes, you can repeat that on your parts car to cut through the glue without damaging the panel.

  • Great to see that your dad is getting more involved in your work. Can't wait to hear him Say DANG SON!

  • Thanks for making every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday the best days of the week! Also please never sell the viper, it must grow old with the channel. Keep up the good work!

    • yoo yes ur saying th true in the viper

    • Thanks for making every Monday, Wednesday and Friday the best days of the week (Southern Hemisphere)!

  • Good to here that you guys are going to sell the sause finally in Norway. Great video

  • I like how you just casually have your “dang sauce” throughout the video 👍🏻

  • Finally back to the real videos ! This video was amazing !

  • Dude that old man keeps working like no tomorrow you guys are blessed to have him around

  • When using the saw cutting the glass out, use some glass cleaner or water for lubrication. It will make life way better! (Glass technician 20years experience)

    • @AGTWNC do you have your own business yet? I'm 8 years self-employed!

    • Y’all are talking about two brothers that can’t use a sentence without saying dude

    • would never use an extractor to get something like that out... could damage the seals/ inside/ and the car itself

    • 5yrs in glass they need to sharpen their blade on the glass extractor and use water

    • 3 Years in auto glass when I saw that I was like damn lol

  • Congrats guys. Dang sauce is really good btw 👍🏼

  • I love the different music that you have in your videos. And also your videos got me, hooked, love it guys!!! And I'm going to get myself some of that sauce!!

  • Hey guys, amazing work. Best suggestion is to cut off all four sides of the post on the blue porsche and parts car roof without interfering with sunroof and weld all the post on the blue porsche. All best guys.

  • Good to see you working on cars again!

  • So stoked to see you headed out to cleetus's Bristol motor speedway show in September! Always thought you guys would be great addition to their freedom factory races! Congrats and good luck 👍

    • @Jerry Wilcox 😂 they really can’t. Why do you think they only went to the drag strip one time? They always say they will go but never do 😆 if he lasts the whole race I’ll be surprised

    • @C.S. Allsman lol you act like there the first to race with no experience 🤣 😂.they can handle more then you think.

    • I have to agree with @Lokey Racing. He doesn't have any experience with this. I hope everything goes well and he doesn't get hurt or cause any accidents. He needs a lot of seat time before he actually races. Granted it's just "stock crown vics", but I've seen drivers get some serious injuries at slower speeds in actual purpose built race cars. Like I said, I hope he stays safe and nothing bad happens.

    • @Lokey Racing lol that's everyone there that over drives the car you new and never watched one or what 😆 🤣.they are crown vics lol there not set up for racing in the first place.

    • @Lokey Racing Well... You wanted to be "that guy" tonight. 'You did it!' -- DORA

  • If they get this car back on the road without taking shortcuts i'm gonna be amazed.

    • @Gold Guy agreed, they at times do sketchy work plus wondering if the salvage cars need a state safety inspection so they can register the cars

    • Yeah it won't. They'll just pretend it's ok and slap it back together I'm guessing.

    • ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ Thanks for going through our videos. Inbox us to Grab ownership of a prize☝️☝️☝️

  • Finally the dang sauce it’s available in Belgium. Thank you so much guys for finally making this happen ! Keep up the amazing work.

  • Super stoked on the dang sauce I’m proud of you boys, been part of the channel for years, with a few different accounts and phones haha, dangggggggg sauce haha love it, it Better be in Peoria az haha, or at least Phoenix Arizona haha keep goonin boys

  • How I missed watching the boys ripping cars apart!

  • OMG!! @ 12:41, the way you synced the music and sped up the video to match = PERFECT!!!! love it boys! great editing and videography :)

    • ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ Thanks for going through our videos. Inbox us to Grab ownership of a prize☝️☝️☝️

  • awesome! looking forward to getting some in Denmark :D

  • Crazy damage for most people light work for the boys 😁

    • They'll likely end up paying someone else to do it. They really aren't that skilled other than assembling new parts.

  • I just can’t get over how truly inspiring you guys are! And please don’t sell the Viper🥺

    • Gotta have that car;) promise it will get put to use

    • ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ 👆👆👆Thanks for going through our video’s. Inbox to 👆Grab ownership of a prize

  • Freaking pumped to be able to see you in Bristol at Cleetus's event!!!! was so stoked to see Cleetus put out the drivers list and see GOONZQUAD on that list!!!

    • @Gold Guy like I said, 2 different platforms... sounds like you are mad Goonzquad is making money and you are not.🤣 🤣

    • @Rick Janssen Definitely. Cleetus would never cut up and sign scap metal and charge $175 for it. He'd give it away in merch orders. Two completely different mindsets. The goonz are all about themselves and pretend it's all about the fans. Cleetus really is all about the fans and having fun making great content.

    • @Gold Guy goonz and cleetus are 2 different types of content.

    • Cleetus is the real deal. Maybe the goonz will learn something about creating real content for fans and growing the channel for fans instead of enriching themselves constantly.

  • I purchased your dang sauce from Hoff in pepper when it first came out. I'm totally amazed by your new shop in your videos keep up the good work.

  • Great project once again. Block that tank inlet before you start grinding and sanding👍

  • Thats awesome to see father and sons working on cars together

  • Joe needs that Trackhawk, enough said! 😁👍

    • Want that viper. Track hawk was tough though for sure. Might have to get both. Check out our channel J and s ranch. Mckinnley excavating. Thanks in advance.

    • ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ Thanks for going through our videos. Inbox us to Grab ownership of a prize☝️☝️☝️

  • For the GT2RS front fenders you need to remove the AC lines on the passanger side wheel housing…ideal you get the full GT2RS AC system

    • @Joe Alex if you doing the conversion might as well make it functional.

    • That's if they want to make the front fenders vents functional, they most likely will never track this car to even need the extra aero those vents provide 😂

    • ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ Thanks for going through our videos. Inbox us to Grab ownership of a prize👆🏻

  • I've been buying the sauce for awhile, and few weeks ago I figured out what the dang sauce tastes like. It is like a better tasting A1 sauce but with a kick.

  • I feel your pain on the shop vacs lol I go through about 4 a year

  • You guys got this‼️ Let's go #goonzquad 😎🤙

  • Hi There! keep up the great work. I'm just a little nervous all the time when I see you working with your bare hands without gloves :D

  • I Lost my Dad 31yrs ago and to see your Dad working with you guys puts a smile on my Face.... #pops.

  • Use heat from underneath on metal side it will slowly start releasing, I used a small blow torch

  • Great news about the Dang sauce being sold all over! We live in Norway and I definately look forward to tasting this famous sauce of yours, without paying postage and customs charges on it. Fantastic!

  • Congrats on the DANG SOS DISPLAY this is huge ...!! Great work

    • ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ Thanks for going through our videos. Inbox us to Grab ownership of a prize☝️☝️☝️☝️?

  • So happy you guys are coming back to Canada! Congrats boys

  • One of your better videos as of late! Great to see you back on a project car. Can’t wait to watch you do some pulls with the frame machine.

  • You should definitely keep that blue color. That blue just looks amazing

  • Use induction heat to remove most things that are glued together like the top of your parts car.

  • 0:26 I'm from Austria and I'm honored that you mentioned Austria twice and I'm really looking forward to buying your Dang Sauce ❤️😘

  • Seeing forward to finding the Dang sauce In stores around Danmark - One love guys Best regards Mikkel - denmark 🙌🏽🤩🇩🇰

  • You two are living the dream! Keep up the hard work!

  • In my time in vehicle manufacturing, headliners always went in through the front screen aperture

  • My dudes. It is required that you keep that Viper. Too unique and gorgeous lol. You guys do need to drive it more. I'd drive it everyday xD. (Jk not with these gas prices x.x)

  • It may seem like a bunch of work, but I would get up with Vtune and cut the roof off both cars and put the donor roof on that car. It would definitely help on not cutting or damaging the moonroof

  • Guys, i think you will need more shelves for the Porsche’s parts ;)

  • Considering how technical that roof would be to fix and all of the other issues I would fix the donor car because it needs less body work

    • @Uber Adventure no doubt

    • @Johnny Chimpo Is not in better shape, you must see the pictures before it was stripped down, it was bad.

    • @Alan LeClair The black car is far worse 😉

    • That's what YOU think, you have to see that car with the damage, the damage on that car is VERY bad on the front left and will never be the same, the blue car is in better shape despite what it might look like.

    • @zxggwrt the good part about that is they're going to use a widebody kit so it wouldn't be an issue

  • Love the videos. Are you qualified mechanics and how did u learn everything you know about cars etc. ?? 👍👍

  • Hey guys, i would love to see you ls swap the 370z do roll cage and do an 800hp build with a sequential gearbox or something crazy like that

    • ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ Thanks for going through our videos. Inbox us to Grab ownership of a prize☝️☝️☝️☝️

  • I can not wait for them to come to Denmark I am really looking forward to it also insanely cool video

    • ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ Thanks for going through our videos. Inbox us to Grab ownership of a prize☝️☝️☝️

  • For the roof panel, you should definitely go with star lights like the Rolls Royce 🫡

  • Any thoughts about having a couple of rolling work tables for you to put your parts on like 8x4 with wheels and a couple of storage shelfs under the main work surface to keep parts together. Couple be made very simply
