  • I would definitely look into putting security gates on that office door, that's your weak point, they break the glass then they have access to your roll-up doors, then they can easily clean you out, cops don't typically get in a rush for security alarms.

    • @OUTMATE MUSIC Sorry, wrong person

    • @Cameron a pick up truck can break the door down in 2 seconds and your stuff is gone.

    • Or just put the garage doors on key switches

    • Yes, and posts in front of the garage doors to help prevent them from being rammed

  • In addition to a high fence, security gate to close off the parking lot/property entrance and external or internal roll down gate to protect entry to the front door which IS your weak point as said below...plus a twin roll down to cover the nice window.....you definitely need to put barb razor wire at an angle on top of an "extra tall fence" around the full perimeter of the property. Who ever these "big shots" are...they will clean you out, trash the interior, the cars, trash the boat, and steal your tools. Seeing you do all this is the content we viewers want to see so we can sleep at night! Alarms do very little...What I said above and what is said below..plus REAL BRIGHT EXTERIOR LIGHTING is what you MUST do and do it NOW!!!1

    • @The Nuckin Foob I mean, look at the videos of them ripping around the compound. Everyone can see it’s a ghetto and yet they pulled all the fences down and shoot videos of their expense cars in the parking lot… Their insurance will see all the ILaward content and knock back any claims as they both did nothing about bars/ rollershuters on the doors, took down their fences, made the local bums see what they owned and made ILaward content, only left the cars that we never see on the Chanel anymore in the hope they would get broken into.

    • @The Nuckin Foob very true. It’s almost like our boys want it to happen for the ILaward content.

    • @Christian Wuchatsch it would make a good video though, with all the 4k cctv, we would get the whole thing uploaded 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    • @Don Lester Wow man, stalker much!

  • Anyone else remember the first time they showed us this property? It was an overgrown mess with abandoned tractor trailers and cars. They bought that sweet zero-turn mower and mowed the grass, and then we didn't hear anything for 9 months. I'd nearly forgotten about it. To look back and see how far it's come along is pretty damn amazing.

  • My ABSOLUTE favorite...."chocolate surprise"!!!!! 😋 Glad to see the progress on the shop and all your builds! Keep 'em coming, guys...

  • Proud of you young gentlemen; keep up the great work and God bless you and your family 🙏 P.S. my friend has a towing company and they have a friend living at their shop just in case someone breaks in

  • Hope you guys plan on putting up a new fence around the property and a nice security gate.

    • @JW Jr the way they throw money around I doubt very much that the cost of it is going to be any issue to them.

    • Ok? I think its fair to not like a quote. Thats why its called a quote. you gotta shop around. plus the boat is something they have been looking at for a long time and it was a birthday present.

    • @Jurocket But they didnt like the quote someone gave them .. priorities

    • @Eric B . If that was the case then why did they not wanna do it when someone gave them a quote they thought was too high. ... priorities and goonzquad money

  • I like the security system that you two installed. I still think maybe you should invest in those steel power roller doors that come down and cover the front glass door and windows on your office. Extra protection and when turds see it they are less likely to try and break in . We use them during hurricane season in my neck of the woods down here by the gulf of Mexico.

  • Also, you should look into installing some 3/4 inch plywood on top of the office; that way it can be used for storage, and it will also be safer to walk on.

  • Great build guys always a great watch. Make sure you look after Pops he looks a little tired lately, he’s been on all your big builds the last few years, so make sure he doesn’t overdo it guys. His health is important let him take a break and give the ol boy a chair to sit back and relax.. he’s always working very hard for you guys👍 He’s probably double ya age and some so look after him Boyz 😎👍😃 Get he and mom on the Boat!

  • Keep up the hard work guys! Congrats on finishing the new shop!!

  • Configure the recording before your harddisk turns full. Just some guidelines: -If possible use a remote storage for the camera´s at a hidden/secure place. So they don´t steal the images after a burglary.. If it can record to a network storage get a NAS. -Setup the recording to record when there is movement. -Start recording prior to movement -30 to -60 seconds. -Stop recording after movement +90 to +180 seconds. Or let some nice dobermans sleep outside when it´s fenced....

    • @LAGAT MOSES that requires more money as well as internet upload to support it. 4k video is some serious data. Some estimate 40-75Mb each stream. I can't even upload one stream/camera. The same for millions of people in the US...so on-site is the best option since you pay for the extra device 1 time.

    • @MrMotofy I think a real-time cloud backup will do

    • @Matt Thompson smithers unleash the hounds!

    • Might also be able to push the recordings up to the cloud for redundancy

    • @LAGAT MOSES Yep that's a good idea..but can pose technical complications. A hidden NVR is pretty easy, it can be anywhere you can run a wire to and have a power outlet. In their case up top of the bathroom etc

  • Love the content. When you’re wakesurfing, load as much weight into the boat and slow down to around 10mph. Look into a wedge system that can suction cup to the side of the boat to crisp up the wave. Also look into fatsacs and other external ballast systems

  • Hey guys...love the content. Keep the good job up however you may want to keep most of the details about your security system in house. Small details like blind spots, system type can give someone the inside track into how come into your workspace. You guys have worked hard to get what you got...do everything to keep it safe. Take care! Regards

  • I'm glad to see your brother and pops coming around in videos. That's pretty cool you guys can do that. Nothing but love 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

  • I'm impressed with you guys. You know how to repair and fix just about everything.

  • So I’m familiar with this area. I know a couple times driving by, seeing your guys progress, I notice people walking around or in the actual dumpster looking at trash. Kind of a rough area but you guys definitely stand out with the cleanliness for sure. Great job fellas

    • 👆You won a prize inbox me

    • If you see something suspicious, report it to the police.

    • The brothers are awesome but will also stand out to theives and lowlifes as well as a target. Need that fence and deterrent for sure

  • Congratulations Simeon! The engagement party looked amazing!

  • pops is awesome I always enjoy seeing him in the videos he's always working definitely a hard working dude. you guys need to do another surprise build and give him a new truck.

  • I love your videos, i always look forward to them!! The best automotive/variety channel on ILaward in my personal opinion!!!!! :)

  • I really enjoyed today's episode , keep up the great work fella's .

  • One piece of advice. Insurance and lots of it. That boat and those cars are very tempting to thieves and lowlifes.

  • I can definitely tell he’s your brother just by his reaction when driving the trx lmao that was great!! And happy birthday!

  • Glad you guys are healing up so well!

  • Good to see you guys having fun on the boat, keep up the epic job you guys are doing!!!

  • Hiya love your videos from experience I recommend that you hide the actual hard drive for the camera as if you do get robbed the hard drive can easily be stolen and all footage can be lost.

  • the shops looking real good guys hope to see some work on cars start being done.keep up the good work love it.

  • I feel your pain. I've had to deal with this issue. I hope you can get this rectified in short order.

  • Would definitely love to see you boys clean up that 370z!👌🏻🔥

  • Looks great! Awesome videos! Please get a metal security gate of rolling door to cover the glass office area. I can see that being the first thing to get busted once all the office equipment is installed.

  • I like how everything coming together, so happy for you guys. I would highly recommend to tint the office windows to reflective tint film (good for security reasons and also keeps your office cool).

  • I really enjoy watching you guys keep up the good job 👍 Can you send me the link for that security system please

  • Guys! I love your videos and how authentic you are. Could I ask you to say ‘disabled’ instead or ‘handicapped’? Check with people who have disabilities in your local area. They might have some insights. I know you mean no discrimination. All the best to you and your families.

  • I am glad that you guys got a nice security system installed to catch those trash dumpers. Also glad to see the TRX back, probably my most favorite truck on the channel 👏🏾

    • Wow That's definitely good🔝🔝 I really appreciate you all of my subscribers for the love you guys have shown to me. and for that I've decided to randomly select few of you to.give you insight and make you financially buoyant as well 📩....

  • Your attitude on every obstacle you face, make me watch every single of your videos.

  • Privacy fence and tint the front door so no one can see inside. Sounds like you’ll need it.

  • That place is badass boys! You have come a long way. Congrats! Keep it pushing!

  • Quick question, do you installed a safety shower in the shop? I’ll recommend to do it in case something happens and get splashed with any harsh product you have a place to remove it immediately.

  • I remember me that i told this to you guys as you put all your stuff in this garage long time ago but now im happy to see this and i can sleep a litle bit better. You all work so hard.but all over the world they are shit people to damage your dream and work. But all goonzquad fans stand behind you

  • The TRX is probably my favorite build I love that thing! Such a beast and looks so boss!

  • You guys should tint the office windows. You don't want people walking up and bugging you when you're eating Fried Jalapenos Dood!

  • As I work in a security control room I would be getting some flood sensor lights which active on Motion sensors, security bollards for the front door and the roller doors. Also a wired fence and a strong security gate.

  • You need to add a good security fence around the whole property with a security gate. Also keeps the weeds cut down to the ground so there's no hiding things. The shop looks great and Happy Birthday to your brother.

  • cant wait for you guys to setup camera's, I setup camera's on two points of my parents house years ago, No one has done anything since, no broken windows, no weird shit. When people see a sign that says "Smile you're on camera" They tend to be well behaved.

  • I'm happy bro see you guys doing what you need to do to protect your investment. People just don't have respect for other people's property any more. Good going guys. Keep putting out the awesome content. ✌️✌️

  • For legal purposes, you need to post (display written signs) on your property that any trespassers will be prosecuted. I also suggest signs be posted that also warn trespassers that the property is under video surveillance. The police can’t enforce property that isn’troperly posted.

    • Stephen is right. This is very important. If you do not have proper fencing 360 degrees and signage, the police will treat it as public property.

  • The picture quality of the new security system is crystal clear!!!

  • Great dudes hope you're older brother had a epic birthday 🎉🎂,great camera system dudes I like yous to concentrate more and get more security especially getting those gates up and fencing done with outside security cameras close to the fencing on very large poles even think about getting a security dude on a 24 hr with a dog 🐕 for the extra security once everything is complete 😎👍😎

    • Wow That's definitely good🔝🔝 I really appreciate you all of my subscribers for the love you guys have shown to me. and for that I've decided to randomly select few of you to.give you insight and make you financially buoyant as well 📩.........

  • With all of the interior locks you guys have been installing, that key ring gotta be heavy! If possible try some of those digital locks in areas that are already re-enforced. I'm so glad that things are coming together.

  • I love that hanging mouse for your cameras lol. I would definitely install a little shelf there for it 👍🏼

  • You guys should add in one of those emergency chemical showers like they had in high school science class. Just pull the lever and you’re good to go. Throw a blue welding curtain around it and make it multi functional. I.C.E shower for accidents or just incase you need to freshen up on the fly and you’d have a curtain for any welding you may do to keep yourself and the other items in the shop safe

    • ... and the fire extinguishers...

    • Should have added a shower in one of those bathrooms. I went to a hardware store, walk into the bathroom and there's a shower and little changing area with some benches. Convenient

    • 👆👆👆Thanks for going through our video’s Inbox to Grab ownership of a prize⬆️.

    • Eyewash too, or did you mean that as well.

    • @sohodon and an eye wash station

  • Finally seeing some security for that shop! Great to see, but don’t stop, don’t cheap out, and cover every base. Many people have already stated how your doors are a weak point, and that’s a sad true fact - add some bars for security on that. I’m sure you have things planned, but don’t wait any longer, it’s PAST time to lock that shop down. Lighting outside?? You NEED that, the brightest damn lights you can find. Having someone break in and steal or damage stuff, it is SO violating, you feel like you’ve been… well, you get the point. Great video as always! Cheers.

  • I wonder if that's one of those systems where they can watch it from their cell phones. It's nice to be able to check your security system from home or your cell phone when you're on the Run

  • I would definitely put bars or something over the front door and also would get a security alarm system also!! Then you might also look at an awning over the front entry way so when it storms it doesn’t beat up the window or get water inside

  • You should install exhaust suctions, so at each station you can couple a tube to the exhaust, and it will get sucked out of the building through the roof. All mechanic shops in EU has this.

  • I bought a remote access camera system years ago and it has caught SOOOO many important situations and just funny things that happen Always keep a camera recording full time not using the motion activated recording. Go Get em Goonzquad , dump that sh*t back on their lawn lol

  • Starting to look like a real commercial place of business now boys! (It’s good that you understand the different things that the criminal community can do around your property. Hopefully you’ll have better times up on the mountain! Peace brothers🙏

  • Goonzquad all I can say is amazing progress on all you projects they coming along nicely but like everyone in the comments are saying front door needs a shutter in or out side from intruders as it is the weakest point of the property on the out side parameter I would say metal fencing with a gate the 4k cctv camera nice would say a few more like you said to cover you 360 degrees

  • So happy for you guys can’t wait to the shop is finished good investment on the security cameras yes definitely point them everywhere you can

  • Yeah, new iron fence is where it’s at, stay safe y’all🙂

  • In up and coming areas sometimes you have to use more security, especially in very low income areas. You guys are a target there. 8x8 steel reinforced privacy fence on all four sides, and automated gate. Clean up the property throw a community bbq featuring “Dang Sauce”. You could always just buy all the property in the area and gentrify it as well. You have many options my friends.

    • that does not resemble an up and coming area at all ...look at all the junk in the field on the neighboring property

  • HI GOONZQUAD GREAT VIDEO ON SHOWING THE UPDATES ON YOUR NEW SHOP. PUTTING UP A FENCE OR A WALL WILL HELP AND ALSO SECURE YOUR FRONT DOOR MORE WITH TINTING AND METAL BARS FOR SECURITY. YOUR NEW SHOP IS LOOKING SO NICE. Y'ALL TAKE CARE.

  • I have followed you young men since the beginning, I have spent 35 years in security, my recommendation is, and you can choose to take it or not, first line of defense is a great fence, the old saying goes " good fences make for good neighbors" install a new one 12 foot high with concertean razor wire and an 8 camera video with real-time up link to your cell phones and an alarm system set up with phone dialer uplink to police and or the fire department, these improvements can and will save you huge money on insurance, which I'm sure you have on the property and building contents. I can not tell you the times I have seen fledgling businesses suffer losses because they got broke in to and cleaned out and went out of business due to inability to recover from the loss, I know you guys are smarter than that, like I said, 35 years in security has taught me be trusting but be prepared for anything. Good luck boys and be safe.

  • "Loose property tempt people to steal" I would highly advise you to really secure that garage ASAP

  • Some of that glass anti breakage window film would be a good idea on those office windows. The window will crack but its almost impossible to break thru it. Good for storms too.

  • People need to understand that they are making that neighborhood better and this is good for the locals. Cleaning up the area can make it more appealing and bring other business in.

  • Watching this being build I would plaster the roof with some solar panels to reduce electricity costs or even get some money out of it. Looks like no obstruction with a lot of sun time.

  • @goonzquad A must have for the shop, exhaust pipes for venting the exhaust out of the building from the cars. One per Bay Area, with multiple exhaust attachments.

  • You fellas are killing it! Everything is coming together so nicely!!

  • You need to install a new metal fence with security pikes around the top and an electric sliding gate to keep your unit safe and secure

  • Need to build the highest fence allowed with wire at the top and install a locked gate.

  • I grew up on the road right behind your shop. I'm 61 now and am amazed how bad the old neighborhood has got. I'm sure glad yall have cleaned some of it up.

  • It's good to be seeing alot more of big brother in the vids

  • That security cameras are going to bring in more content to the channel. But fence and barb wire is a must. Got to defend and insure the assets guys. Keep up the great work. That boat is nice summer escape, we are all happy for your fast recovery

  • Crazy how disrespectful some people are so sad that this happened to you guys 😊

  • The exhaust fan is a perfect access for thieves. You also need security door & screens on the office glass.

  • That Nissan is so cool one of my favorite builds I mean don't get me wrong I love all the stuff you do! Keep up the great work

  • I think I would have installed the better security system from the start. (even if it had to be battery-powered). I would hide that NVR/DVR somewhere it can't be found. Also, applying the epoxy to the floor might have been best done before the lifts or anything else was installed............just a thought. I know it's also after the fact, but I would stay clear of the water until that hand completely heals up. Have you ever heard of Necrotizing fasciitis?

  • Very nice. Good job with getting cameras.👍🏼

  • Good luck guys it’s great to have cameras, alarms and 24 hour monitoring which I had on my building for years. But I was still broken into 9 times in 21 years. It takes a period of time for the police to get there when called. Well they stole the safe, computers, and tools but they caused more destruction in moneys breaking in the building then the merchandise was worth they stole. Put a rollup security door over those glass doors. And reinforce those garage doors. Because of what you do on ILaward they of course can see exactly what you have in the building and where you store it. Good luck enjoy your videos keep them coming.

  • Happy and impressed with the work y'all have accomplished on the new shop. I feel your pain on having someone attempt to destroy what you've built up with hard work. As nice as those glass office doors look, I might suggest installing some burglar burglar bars on the inside of that glass for added protection. And the best locks you can find, especially on your roll-up doors. Don't make it easy for those a-holes. Great job guys.
