Cant believe we are already on the second level and here soon it'll be the roof. As the house gets built, we start merging back into car builds nice and slowly. • Can’t wait to see that house done!! 🏠

    • How much longer before it’s finished Niko ? I’d say it’s about 40% done now.

    • @fabio_777 Buenos Dias mi amigo !

    • @Eugene Lary too bad the goons don’t listen to the advice they get from the true professionals - they’ll be posting videos on the house problems a year from now !

    • Everybody has their hand in the bucket they're all taking turns ripping y'all off I've noticed that since day one if you are a professional house building you do not make mistakes

  • I really enjoy the longer videos on this channel. Good stuff bros

  • Nice to see Simon is genuinely happy and enjoying some free time away from all the work. Y'all definitely deserve some time off with how hard y'all work! Keepin' it real though.

    • I was going too say the same.

    • If your so lost in work when your family is young ? You turn your back for what seems like 5 minutes and you miss so many magic moments you can never get back,,family is everything!

    • @pearce gossett Oh yeah must have missed those. Lol

    • @pvp64 yea thats now, theyre able to affford to do that. you mustve not seen their old videos.

    • Simeon you ARE A VIBE!!!!🙌

  • I love that this has turned into a full family production. Great job everybody

  • I gotta say, I feel like people forget that even professionals make mistakes, it doesn't matter if you've done the same exact thing in the same order for 20 years, you can still slip up, it just happens, glad you guys always include the mess ups and with detail.

    • @John Stedman no one cares what you just said

    • In the real world of professional, experienced and intelligent building design and construction, one plans, organises and manages projects in order to minimise, mitigate and, as far as is humanly possible, eliminate foolish amateur errors such as mismeasurement. This is done by methodically 'measuring twice and cutting once', by ensuring that all critical setting out is cross-checked by a supervisor before fixing an element in place, and by ensuring that oversight and monitoring of all processes is treated in a serious, methodical and properly documented manner at all times by operatives who have been fully trained and, where appropriate, have proved their worth by obtaining the appropriate qualifications. Human error is a threat to quality, timekeeping and profitability, and is not an inevitability or a behaviour that is excused or tolerated by effective and efficient management. In the real world, as opposed to the supposedly 'entertaining conflicts' of juvenile social media such as the majority of ILaward content, mistakes are not a matter for levity.

  • Simon and Pops go straight from fiesta to siesta. This is the way.

    • Last fight ilaward.info/the/wyd-w/2GZmlpynnaSYqaQ

    • @JayCee I'm a firm believer in a power nap.

    • Nothing like a good siesta and waking up 4 hours later 😂

    • ROFL 🤣🤣

    • Siesta is my way of life, mi hombre XD

  • Well done Simeon & Mum, you did a splendid job filming, producing, and editing... There was definitely no shortage of content..!

    • @Richard Paz just 1 times, did you see that she couldnt film good?she was filming half of his face,so she recorded him just one time in the video other parts where his sister or he himself

    • Last fight ilaward.info/the/wyd-w/2GZmlpynnaSYqaQ

    • Last fight ilaward.info/the/wyd-w/2GZmlpynnaSYqaQ

    • @Sancho he said his mom was holding the phone while he films.

    • I think it is his sister filming whene he isnt holding the camera not his mom

  • Simon is enjoying 😉 with the cars 😂 Chz looks like he doesn't get a chance to enjoy with them when Billy is there. Lol 😆

    • @Nif sounds like a bad investment

    • I so agree!! When Billy is around Simon doesn’t get to do much! Billy is the ring master 🤣🤣🤣

    • He should definitely enjoy them and wear his damned seatbelt.

    • @Nif well if i was to buy a super car id enjoy it to the fullest and not keep it.parked just collecting dust thats why there cars

    • agre 😁

  • Great job Simon! Even tho billy has been gone for a bit, you put in great work! Video is great as always and love the Sunday morning cruise. Should post more videos with little cruises of the cars! Keep up the awesome work

  • Always great when people can experience other people's culture's

    • I've been wanting to try some of Mama Goonzquad's Ukranian dishes.

  • Simon!!!! You need to consider that the oil pressure is high when the the oil is cold but once the oil heats up, the pressure falls off.. you need to put that gauge on it once the oil is hot to verify.

    • Spot on he needs to use a proper oil pressure gauge 😭

    • It's also a lot higher at 9000rpm than at idle

    • he tested it after the first rip of the day :)

  • I LOVE this relationship between the boys and the framers! Must be great to have you guys as the client!

  • Juan, that looks tasty! Love seeing you guys cook for each other and having a good time. You guys need to get out and rip the cars more often!

  • Simeon you are such a good person. I know you are the one responsible for the channel and you are bringing your whole family with you. I have watched all of your videos including the ones that is just you following around elezar doing decks and riding 4wheelers. I think I found your channel while you were doing the ZL1 and you quickly became my favorite. You deserve everything coming to you and more. This video was excellent almost vlog style but better. Thank you for taking us with you on you journey. The gucci slides made me laugh thinking about that episode and I had forgotten about the worlds longest tailpipe EPIC.

  • Hello Simeon, I think it's great how you continue to run this channel on your own and you don't let yourself be taken out of it so that you don't have to experience another slump in viewers like in February when Billy also went on vacation alone. Great content keep it up. Best regards from Germany

  • I would test the oil pressure when it’s very hot, on a cold idle the pressure may seem good but once the oil becomes hot you can see very low oil pressure if something is actually wrong

    • @Marc René Yvon yet you’re still here watching their videos 😁

    • @WCADS Both of those 2 clowns actually. 🙄

    • @njakts exactly as usual Simon is way too blasé about a potentially catastrophic and costly issue!!

    • @Tom oil gallery gaskets?

    • +thats a compression tester not an oil pressure tester, meaning it will hold max value on the gauge unless you bleed it off what would mean a mess because oil would shoot out everywhere. I like how he's just 'nah, must be a bad sensor', I wouldn't be able to sleep if my Ferrari would have low oil pressure light.

  • Love it when you guys rip the cars. I can't imagine how awesome it feels to cruise in the Ferrari and all of your other epic cars

  • Zip tape is a pressure activated adhesive and must be rolled to bond properly and seal. The Z on the roller indents into the tape and lets you easily look and see what was rolled and what was not rolled. Window openings also need to be wrapped properly to reduce water intrusion. A rain screen will keep the siding off the zip and allow for water drainage and air passage to allow the walls to dry out in a heavy rain storm. There are various methods and types of rain screens or you can use one by lumber to create an offset from the zip. Water is the enemy. You do not want to trap moisture in the walls. Be sure to do a blower door test once you get to drywall. Seal the air leaks then do the blower door test again. This will make the home more comfortable and energy efficient. Add solar panels, battery storage and a rain water capture system to go off grid.

    • The boys aren’t building this house it is being handled by pros. This house will also be inspected every step of the way to ensure it’s done properly.

    • @Ward Montgomery he already bought the roller. im pretty positive the people installing the zip system all the time know how it works too

    • These dudes don’t listen - look at that POS metal building they ruined ...

  • Really liking the house coming along, looking good. That Ferrari sounded so good with you rippin in it. That lunch the grilled up looked and sounded delicious.

  • Yeah i always use a compression tester to check if my anti freeze is strong enough as well 😵‍💫 Just replace the sensor or that engine is going boom 💥 if there is an actual issue

  • Blessings for all of you guys and your entire family. 👍

  • Great work Simon and pops and crew taking care of business and keeping things moving and getting everything done and all there always something that needs done 😎

  • Great content simon. Never fail to amaze the audience 👍🏻

  • I absolutely love this channel and what you've accomplished over the years!!!

    • Totally agree 👍

  • you guys are blessed to have great parents and are so lucky to be loved by them bless yall all it makes me glad to see family working together

    • Last fight ilaward.info/the/wyd-w/2GZmlpynnaSYqaQ

  • Great video, nice to see your mom on the camera. The Goonzquad channel is definitely a family run channel, every family member does their own part. The Ferrari is a great, I just wonder how much gas is, for it?

  • definitely enjoy your hard work every now and then!

  • I can't wait until the floor joists are done and they're onto the roof trusses, how about that topping off party!

    • @pvmiii432 exactly

    • @Peeter Kaljula, I highly doubt that framing lumber is treated. The exterior surfaces will be, yes, but not likely the framing members. No need for it. Maybe you should familiarize yourself with our building methods. OSB floor materials last for decades; MANY decades, because foundations are built to minimize moisture intrusion.

    • @Peeter Kaljula bro you don’t know nothing, I build these for a living

    • @Peeter Kaljula you have no idea what ur talking about, nowadays osb can be weather treated and perfectly fine to get rained on a little, now I agree prolonged exposure it's gonna go to shit but a little rain inst going to hurt it, especially with how hot it gets here

    • @AtomicBogator their floor is made of osb which is totally not weather resistant so moisture in basement will destroy it pretty quickly plus it already rained on it so its probably already expanding and getting weaker

  • The content Simon is providing is at the next level. I do actually enjoy this type of videos

    • ⬆️⬆️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️ Congratulations 👏 you have been shortlisted winner of today ♐♐ DM TO CLAIM ♐♐

  • Great detail job with Simeon and Mom!!! I am with you on car wash therapy. I used to be in a bad relationship and when she started up her crap, I went to wash the car. The madder I was the cleaner the car. Sometimes I had to clean 2-3 cars. LoL

  • Thanks very much for sharing your detailing of my favourite car in your fleet. I gather mom never thought she would be cleaning a Ferrari. Best wishes to you and your family.

  • Hey Simon absolutely loved the last couple videos you put out even though Billy wasn't around AKA Alazar Can't wait for him to get back also Love you guys peace

  • The problem with the hellcat is on one of the fuel pumps have either a cracked or disconnected fuel line from the fuel pump to tank cover. How to confirm it is easy fill your tank and if it start's fine you know to drop and check lines in tank. Reason why is if you got like a quarter of a tank the fuel pump loses it's prime but if the tanks full the lines can't drain back into tank. On the hellcat you have two fuel pumps on that. you my also have one going out which means the other has to work double time to get proper pressure at rails on start up. but my first gut feeling is cracked fuel pump line. sitting with a half full tank will do that. you should have full tanks and fuel stabilizer in all your cars. run the fuel out of them and start fresh every 3 months or if you can run ethanol free. having a full tank reduces amount of moisture gas can absorb and stabilizers bounds to any it does.

  • personally I would absolutely love to see the cars getting used more

  • House is looking so nice and beautiful job on giving that Ferrari some lovin. I had a feeling the carne asada would be yummy too. Seeing the pups have fun brings me joy too! Stay blessed.

  • Love ya Brother PEACE !!! the new house already looks freakin amazin :)

  • I enjoy watching a video today and looking forward for the rest of the builds that you guys have👍🏼💯

  • I really dig the car ripping scene downtown. Simon, I think you speak to every car guy when you relate hardwork paying off to the reward of a Sunday morning rip in your car. Including a rip in one of your builds in most all of your videos would be cool for us and help you guys keep them running great!

  • Great Vid Simon, you enjoyed yourself and did a fine job.

  • Simeon could run this channel all by himself. Love this dude.

  • love the content been a subscriber for many years. you should make the dang sauce available world wide especially to your followers across the pond. 😊

  • Love the vlog style ❤️

  • If you hit the start to turn the accessories on on the hellcat 2 to 3 times in a row before trying to start it it might be your fuel pump. Because the system isn't primed

  • Long time follower.love the things you guys are doing. Look forward to each new video. I may be interested in the Tesla. Are you guys letting that go?
