  • Love how you take care of the workers and feed them. I'm sure they appreciate it!

    • @Bob Watfprd lmao it’s there property they can film however they please

    • @Adlerwacht but still I share your opinion. They don't seem to be interested on cars no more. Which would be understandable. Just let us, the viewers know

    • @Diamondback that's not what I meant.. I actually think that's a really cool gesture from them. What I see wrong is to be there all the time. Don't matter how cool of a boss they are, it's uncomfortable to have the boss around all day long. Again (on my opinion) Second thing is, I bet must of us are here cuz of the car content. I also share their joy with the fact that car content gave them enough for all these house builds. It's been too much cheaper instruction content. Get back to reality now. Compare this to the mustang build episodes, he Corvette, etc, etc.. Just sayin

    • @Sr. MOLINA If they wouldn't be such greedy jerks, they would admit that they are not interested in car content anymore.

    • Not everyone appreciates being filmed, besides being watched during the entire shift. I understand all they want to do and they are actually doing s help them, be there in case something is needed and obviously to film the process but., I mean, they could be working on the cars while the workers do their job. Take the time forsome car content men.

  • Credit to you guys for feeding the guys and looking after them so well, just goes to show what a fantastic upbringing your parents have given you.

    • @Hillbilly Hub I'm a painter, and it is nice to have a hot lunch. My favorite boss let us dig steamer clams, and pick oysters when we worked where we could get them! He would buy us lunch sometimes too. After work we would have cold beer!

    • @Adlerwacht I worked in construction i do apreciate a good gesture

    • @Adlerwacht Can't record the work that's done on your private property? Stop being so negative lol. There's literally people who don't feed construction workers or carpenters at all.

  • The barn kills me. Every time you see the light shining through on the ceiling.

    • Get a gallon of bondo and fill the gaps

    • What? Gotta shed some light once in a while.

    • They’re going to fix it, they even mentioned it on their past videos. It’s also their first time doing it so I’m not surprised.

  • I literally laughed out loud when you sealed the floor on the man shed before sealing up the roof 😂 But seriously, I would leave as many mature trees as possible at the new house, get rid of all the young trees and foliage, which would give you a filtered view in the summer, and an amazing view in the winter, just don’t clear cut in my opinion. Major props for treating the framers so good!

    • @John Y damn we got a hater

    • lol

    • And how the put wet wood up and shrunk once it dried, lol.

    • I'm still laughing that they said the Camaro is worth a hundred grand. It's a bondo POS

    • Last fight ilaward.info/the/wyd-w/mnuYmGJ7zaHNqXY

  • You guys have the right idea for sure. Keep the crew fed and happy and they will go above and beyond for your house. This is why so many large companies provide lunch for the employees each day.

  • Very few people do feed you when your at their build and I’ll be first to tell you. That you will definitely go above and beyond just from those simple gestures! Those guys won’t forget you 2

    • Most people are working their day job while their house is being built.

    • Always feed the tradies, good karma

    • I’m Vietnamese and it’s customary to always feed the people (at least lunch and a snack) you hire to work on your projects.

    • I bring my BBQ in the back of my truck on sites, whoever is close first come first serve. Usually bring enough for 4 to 6 guys. It def makes a great work environment, until we all wanna nap after huge bacon cheeseburgers lol

  • Shout out to my Mexican people always working and getting things done quickly. Im glad to see that you guys are taking good care of them and picking up some Spanish along the way. Saludos desde Tejas!!

    • ilaward.info/the/wyd-w/tJx5p5h4smjHZHo finally it's here.

  • Is "Wet Look" sealer really necessary if the floor is always going to be wet under that leaky roof???

    • So funny I forgot to laugh 👍

    • LMAO

    • LOL! might as well make it permanent hahaha

  • Those workers don't want to leave when they are finished at your house. You guys treat them so good

  • For realz, love the respect for the framers! They are awesome! Great job guys!

  • Loving it dudes. Billy be safe and enjoy yourself. Simeon keep up the great work. You guys have an EPIC build. WHOA!!!

  • Man, that house is moving along quick! Nice to know the contractor, huh? What's up with the pro garage? Looking forward to some new car builds.

  • Good on you guys for feeding the crew! This type of stuff warms my heart to see others being kind to their people whoever that is. Keep it up guys!

  • Awesome to see the progress!!! And y’all take care of the guys building and they’ll take care of you you guys are amazing!

  • You guys are halfway through a whole home build and here I am on month 6 waiting on roofers to re-shingle my roof 😂

    • @RubberDucky8734 😂

    • @Briandrum hell no, I'm in Florida and it's summer, no way my ass is getting up there 😂

    • Do it yourself! Shit, my wife banged up my Audi and rather than putting a claim in with my insurance I went ahead and ordered everything I needed and fixed it myself. I figured if these kids can do it then why the hell not me? Besides, roofing is actually VERY easy to do. It's a lot of work and you need to be very careful, but the actual process is easy

  • Got my first Dang Sauce today and it’s fire!! Thank you guys!

  • Now the place is really taking shape, coming along nicely. Honestly tho I get the point of using the trees as shade but it’s a shame to have such a nice place with a spectacular view completely blocked by trees. Harvest them and open up the view.

    • clear a lil bit n cut trees down slowly as ya live there. don't just go wracking big stress out all in a hurry

    • Glad they're not here. They'd have to buy a separate permit for each tree they cut.

    • @Grant Abrams Definitely, be a totally shame to build such a nice house with really great views only to have it blocked by a bunch of trees so yeah, hopefully they will definitely take a good portion of them down to be able to enjoy that great view.

    • I definitely foresee some tree removal at some point. They’re talking about that one view on the right side of the house so they’ve got to open it up.

  • If you can get grass or clover to grow i think one of my favorite landscapes is when someone thins out a formerly forested area and plants some ground cover... Just looks so nice with all the dark green under the shade cover and would still give you a better view not being so thick

    • Contact me ☝️☝️to cliam a prize you have been chosen as a winner 🏆🚔

  • nice house coming along fast! love you guys content.

  • Los primos Goonzquad 🔥 much love guys cant wait to see the house when its done!

  • Love the content; amazing work!

  • I literally laughed so loud when you put the bat up to Billie as a microphone and he didn’t skip a beat and talked into it🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  • I’ve watched you guys since the beginning. I try to learn something from your videos every week and can’t thank you enough for the awesome content! I do hate that new beat though, it’s getting old but I think it’s just the pitches. Do you guys think changing beats weekly would be beneficial or is there no noticeable difference in view duration or any other parameters? Thanks again and Godspeed Brothers!

  • Awesome video guys the house is coming along quickly 😀 great job guys feeding everybody happy...

  • I love watching guys build houses. It was my passion besides build hot rods! Yep!

  • Love seeing the house come together!

  • Really enjoying the content, more power to you my brothers.

  • Take care of your workers, and they wil take care of you!!! Awesome guys!!!

  • Billy and Simon you'r attitude in this video was outstanding the best part was when we seen you both working on the barn build both on your phone's at the same time ordering parts maybe ( hint hint ) you guy's come so far in the video's since the start 100/100 WELL DONE boy's love and support from Australia keep it up

    • A dog you won 1st prize for #1 FANBOI

  • Keep up the great content. 👍

  • Mom and dad are gonna love this house you're building for them. Good job guys. Shhhh tho, it's a secret I think.

  • Billy you and Simon are.doing a great job love everything you do but you really need to considered sealing that Barn up in the edges roof floor you won't have water in it it don't do no good to seal the floor if youhave water coming in it just some advice you got to rid of the water problem but you're doing a great job love you videos.

  • Always feed the workers. The house is massive 👌

  • You guys inspire me to take on projects I've never tried before. If I cannot complete them myself, I call in the local experts. I love that "Little Swinger Grill". Those things have not changed in 50 years.

  • Hey, those gents working on the house would love a cooler full of Modelo's on a Friday or Saturday after work, trust me. That would make a great ending to a video, y'all sitting around having a cold beer after a hard days work. Please do it, I would love to see the workers relaxing and you two talking to them a bit more. I am sure they are hard workers and great guys.

    • @xp only 1 of themselves driving theyll be alright

    • @xp a couple times. Whenever they do work for me (roofing last time), I always buy them at least a 6-12 pack. They appreciate it.

    • @xp One of them has to stay sober.

  • Hits the baseball, “So, we’re getting some stuff done…” Classic Goonzquad shenanigans. And we love it!

  • I treated the guys everyday when they built my modular home. They did extra work and took their time to make it perfect. A little goes a long way.

  • You guys have a great heart. You deserve a lot of good things. Blessings for you and your entire family.

    • Simon literally gave a homeless guy his shoes in one video. Epic moment. Tugged at my heart strings.

  • Always waiting with baited breath for the new ep!

  • Would love to see an aerial view of the whole property.

  • Thats got to be the best job ever. cant wait for the next vid. .My hat off to you for feeding the workers great job boys..

  • Man it’s crazy how good of a relationship you guys have with each other. I know brothers who hate each other and to especially have both of your wives like each other so all 4 of you can live together, that’s a crazy good bond right there eveyone doesn’t get to have 💯💯👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

  • Amazing progress with the house, it's going up so quick. It sure is a lot of house for one person, will there be other family members living with Simon to I wonder?

    • That has not been disclosed, but it is being widely speculated in Chattanooga that Simeon may be about to announce his betrothal.

    • ☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️ You have been♐ chosen ♐to get a present 🎁. Direct massage to Assist ownership☝️☝️

  • Love the content ♥️

  • A tour of the first home after seeing how you decorated it would be cool to see

  • Just to let you know on the house...when you level something...it's horizontal. And when you do something vertically it's called "plumb "....the support on the walls are there because they plumbed the walls . Now they are straight.

  • Great work guys keep it up

  • The trees also help with the wind. I like the idea to clear some smaller trees but don't get rid of them all

  • Your mom taught you guys right. You cook for those excellent framers because of how your mom always feeds you guys. I love the manners ✊Great family very respectful 👍🏽

  • Just a hint here, do not remove all the small trees around the big one in one go. If you want to keep the big one, remove a few trees per year, or the big trees will break at the next storm.

    • True but you have to also put into consideration on how old and stable some of the bigger trees are. I have a few trees around my house and every time we get high winds or a major storm. Theirs always a huge branch that broke off from the tree. But like you said they do have to be careful because nature is very delicate.

    • YES!! I hope they read this comment BEFORE they do anything too damaging. Taking out too many small trees makes the entire forest weaker…be careful how you change up nature.

    • How u know?

    • 🔝🔝🔝 *Here's your participation Trophy*🚔

  • Massive amount of work ahead but love the progress and process.

  • Do an almost flat top modern design so you can walk around the roof after it’s done and have an amazing view!

  • In all the years I worked building houses on one family treated us workers like you guys do and it made a big difference in our work ethic you take care of us we take of you.

  • Well done boys, all the way from south africa cape town. My favorite ILawardrs

  • Keep the trees until you live in it for a year and see how the seasons go. Then thin a bit as needed. You may like the shade and privacy.

  • keep those guys feed and you will keep them happy building the new goonzquad head quarters, place is really taking shape, hey tell biily nice tan ha ha have fun on vacation.

  • keep making lunch for your contractors and the house will be done on time, truss me :)
